The loved ones of teens unaccounted for after a tragic blaze at a venue in a Switzerland's winter destination are facing an painful wait for answers and pleading for information about their children publicly.

Officials have indicated that it could take considerable time to identify the victims of the fire, which killed 40 people and injured another over a hundred.
